Dr Vincenzo Mondello is a dual qualified medical specialist in Pain Medicine and Psychiatry. He completed his Psychiatry and Pain Fellowship training through the various tertiary hospitals in Perth before completing an Interventional Pain Fellowship through Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. With a tenure at Drug and Alcohol Services in Rockingham, Dr Mondello has also cultivated expertise in addiction medicine. Dr Mondello has been a Supervisor of Training for Pain Medicine Fellows and Psychiatry Registrars.

Dr Mondello is the Founder and Director of several private outpatient health services and is the current Director of Anodyne, Bodyworks Subiaco, Modalis and Perth Day Hospital. In establishing and developing these services, Dr. Mondello embarked on a mission to revolutionise pain management and psychiatric services by bridging existing gaps and dismantling the isolated approaches prevalent in the current sector. Driven by a vision to unify varied healthcare services into a seamless, integrative, and forward-thinking system, his aim is to overhaul the traditional frameworks that hinder the provision of state-of-the-art care.

Dr. Mondello’s private consulting rooms are based at Anodyne and he also consults in Mandurah. He currently works at Marian Centre Hospital, Mount Hospital and Waikiki Private Hospital. Dr Mondello excels in interventional pain management procedures, and he has a special interest on the intersection of psychiatry and chronic pain.

He is the Director of Neurostimulation at HealtheCare Marian Centre, and a member of the Section of ECT and Neurostimulation of Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists. Dr Murray Chapman is a Specialist in General Psychiatry and works in Forensic and Addiction Medicine. He was previously the Director of NW Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol Services, and is Medical Director at Abbotsford Private Hospital. Murray was certified in TMS (ECIMH) in 2019 and certified in tDCS (Black Dog Institute) in 2018. He is an Accredited and Practicing TMS Practitioner at The Marian Centre, and his primary consulting rooms are located at Oqea Cares (Subiaco).

Dr. Frans Hugo obtained his medical qualifications in South Africa, and specialised in psychiatry at Stellenbosch University, Cape Town. With a nearly three-decades-long career, he holds deep expertise in mental health, particularly emphasising geriatric mental health, neuropsychiatry, and psychopharmacology. A fellow of the Australian College of Psychiatrists for over a decade, Dr Hugo imparts knowledge in neuropsychiatry to budding psychiatrists. He also serves as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Western Australia and Notre Dame. Dr. Hugo is dedicated to guiding his patients toward realising their fullest potential and achieving holistic well-being. Outside the medical realm, he cherishes moments with his family and pursues his passion for photography.

Dr Angiolina Vellianitis is a consultant psychiatrist with experience in treating a variety of mental health conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings. After completing her fellowship, she worked in private practice, and has undertaken additional formal training in TMS. She is committed to supporting people to have the best experience and optimal outcomes with TMS.

Dr Bradleigh Hayhow is a clinical and academic neuropsychiatrist with special interests in developmental disorders, neurological comorbidity and neurostimulation. In addition to his work with Modalis, he is the director of a multidisciplinary neurodevelopmental clinic in Perth and a group neuropsychiatry practice in Adelaide. He is an experienced medical educator who holds ongoing leadership roles with the RANZCP and Australian Medical Council.

With over sixteen years of experience in business development across Colombia and Australia, and five years dedicated to mental health services, Damaris is a seasoned professional in managing and structuring successful teams. She excels in fostering a positive and enriching team culture, emphasising progressive and forward-thinking strategies in every business area. Damaris is committed to creating aligned processes that enhance staff retention and progression, elevate customer experience, and achieve business goals.

A smile can move mountains, and Juliana aims to create a positive atmosphere in everything she does. As the Operations & HR Coordinator, Juliana brings a blend of organisation, creativity, and a passion for helping others.

Outside of work, she enjoys both the comfort of home and the thrill of spontaneity. You might find her walking or running along the coast, playing video games with her partner or enjoying a Zumba class. Officially, Juliana is a foodie and a coffee lover who loves getting lost in a binge-worthy show. Whether solo or with friends, she's always up for an adventure.

Lauren is our Research & Communications Coordinator (BSc (Hons) (Psychology), MNeurosci (Neuroscience), PhD in progress) and drives both our scientific research projects and science communication here at Modalis. She is an early career researcher with a background in both psychology and neuroscience. She is most interested in clinical and translational research with real world applications in the mental health and neurological fields, and is passionate about spreading awareness about TMS and improving the treatment for patients. She also enjoys sewing, puzzles, and discovering the best Italian restaurants across Perth.

Jennifer is one of our wonderful Administration Officers at our Stirling clinic & Head Office. With a Bachelor degree in Medical Laboratory Science, and Postgraduate Degrees in both Microbiology and Marketing Management, Jennifer has built a successful career in the healthcare industry. Currently pursuing an MBA in Health Services Management, she combines scientific expertise with business strategies to drive innovation and growth. With 13 years of experience in the clinical, healthcare, and commercial sectors, Jennifer specializes in laboratory analysis and management, international negotiations, market expansion, and patient-centred strategies. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family, relaxing at the beach, and watching movies at the cinema.

Kirsty is a Clinical Nurse and is our Modalis Clinical Coordinator. She has past nursing experience in Mental Health, Elective Waitlist, Theatre Recovery and ICU. She is passionate about patient focused care and finds nursing a rewarding and diverse career. Kirsty is into personal health and fitness. She’s also a bit of a bookworm and always happy to receive book recommendations.

Kirsty is a Clinical Nurse and TMS Clinician from our Mandurah and Wellard clinics. She is also our Southern Sites Team Leader. Kirsty has a diverse nursing experience in paediatrics, stroke rehabilitation and Covid care. She is most passionate about patient advocacy and holistic care, focused on the importance of fitting your TMS course around your individual personal comfort. She is a mother of three, and enjoys pop culture and gaming.

Anna is a TMS Clinician based at our Stirling clinic, with a background in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience. She has broad experience supporting people of all ages with a range of psychiatric, neurological, and pain-related conditions. Anna is passionate about providing personalised care through non-invasive neuromodulation, creating a calm and supportive space where people can feel safe and understood. She is also a great fan of dogs and outdoor activities in nature.

Jacqueline is a Clinical Nurse and TMS Clinician based at our Wellard and Mandurah clinics. Jacqueline has previous experience in hospital, general practice, corrections, refugee health and clinical management. She is passionate about advocating for patients and helping educate patients to better understand and manage their health. Jacqueline also loves nature and spending a lot of time outdoors.

Jessica is a TMS Clinician (BSc. Psychology & Neuroscience and MHSc. Neuroscience) from our Stirling and Wembley clinics. Jessica has a background in neuromodulation techniques and has worked extensively with a range of psychiatric, neurological, and neurodevelopmental conditions, spanning patients across various age groups. Jessica is committed to helping others achieve their full potential and strives to make a positive impact on mental health by providing a warm and supportive environment. She is also an avid baker, self-certified foodie and has a keen eye for DIY projects.

Lucy is a TMS Clinician from multiple of our Modalis clinics. After completing her degree in neuroscience and biomedical engineering, she continued with an Honours in neuro engineering investigating the biomechanical properties of brain tissue. Previously, Lucy has worked in private mental health, health promotion, and brain imaging. Lucy truly enjoys working with people, and also enjoys academic teaching with her past experience teaching math and neuroscience at UWA and engineering at Curtin University. Her hobbies include listening to music and baking without following a recipe.

Shruthi is a TMS Clinician (BSc. Psychology & Neuroscience, MBiomedSc Neuroscience) primarily based in our Cockburn clinic. She has completed her Master's dissertation investigating therapies for alleviating motor and psychological symptoms in Parkinson’s Disease. Shruthi's passions within healthcare lie in holistic care and person-centered mental health support. She finds the most rewarding aspect of TMS treatment is making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives. Shruthi also enjoys lifting, reading, playing with her cat and dog, and spending time with friends and family.

Sonya is an Enrolled Nurse and TMS Clinician from our Wellard and Mandurah clinics. Sonya has previously worked in an acute medical ward (also involving mental health), and also has experience in aged care and dementia. She is passionate about helping people clinically and is in awe of how TMS can offer a drug free non-invasive therapy, to help so many different neurological disorders. Sonya also loves yoga and enjoys spending time in the outdoors - walking her dog on the beach, riding her bike and camping with her family.

Toni is an Enrolled Nurse and TMS Clinician at our Wellard and Victoria Park clinics. Her background is in Occupational Health, Disability/NDIS including mental health, and Aged Care. Toni is interested in gaining more experience and knowledge working in mental health and in helping people living with mental health conditions. Toni has lived in many different places both in Australia and New Zealand including very remote area’s of Australia, she enjoys camping, travel, reading, swimming, listening to podcasts and hanging out with her partner, 3 daughters and 4 cats!

Upani is a Registered Nurse and TMS Clinician from our Stirling and Wembley clinics. Upani has worked as a mental health nurse for 3+ years, with additional experience in GP admin and nursing. She is passionate about seeing patient smiles and being a part of their recovery journey. Upani also enjoys the outdoors, travelling and trying new restaurants with her partner.
